Our craft foam is a closed cell polyethylene foam (brand name Plastazote). It is a tough and flexible foam. Easily cut and shaped it is a popular choice for tool storage, insulation, and as a flotation aid.
For engraving we recommend text to be at least 14pt (~5mm high).
Cutting Edges / Cleaning
Laser cutting provides a smooth edge, some contraction will occur due to the applied heat so close cut lines (>3mm gap) should be avoided.

3mm thick material = approx. 0.25mm
