Copper sheet has excellent corrosion resistance and will gain a desirable patina when left external.
Design points to consider:-
- Recommended minimum hole size is 2 x thickness (industry standard for plasma cutting).
Cutting Offsets (kerf width / laser cut line width)
2mm thick material = approx. 0.7mm (note this is compenstated in software)
Internal lead-in / out lengths minimum 3mm (please refer to our plasma guide to understand how this can effect your cut / design.
