Manilla card is a strong paper/thin cardboard with a smooth light brown finish. It is traditionally made from hemp or wood pulp. It is stong and commonly use in packing supplies and craft industries due to its oily finish providing some resistance to moisture (poular choice for spray stencils).
Card will engrave to a milky white colour.
Finishing
Edges can be left unfinished.
Cutting Edges / Cleaning
Cut edge is clean (occaisional burn residue may be visible on reverse face).
Cutting Offsets (kerf width / laser cut line width)
0.3mm thick material only (~220gsm) = approx. 0.05mm (negligible)
